Catholics in Action (CIA) Youth Group is for middle school and high school students 6th to 12th grade.  Our teens meet the third Wednesday of the month in the parish hall, from 4pm(after school) to 5:30-6pm.  Catholics in action is meant to encourage teenagers through friendship, fellowship and fun to continue on their faith journey with their families and friend into adulthood.  (Eighth and Ninth grader students will have separate Confirmation prep classes at 9am on Sunday mornings.)

Eight grade students begin their preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation while in their final year of the CREED program in separate Confirmation prep classes at 9am on Sunday mornings, and into their first year (ninth grade) as active participants in our Catholics in Action (CIA) Youth Group.  

The below registration form may be downloaded and completed at home.  It may also be filled out online and email to the DRE, or brought to the church office.  Additional forms are available from the offices in the parish hall.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR  CONFIRMATION (9th+ Grade)
THE DIOCESE REQUIRES TWO YEARS OF ATTENDANCE IN THE PROGRAM.

If your child(ren) attend St. Francis Xavier Catholic School the Sacramental Pledge of Commitment for SFX Families
must be completed and turned into the DRE by September 1 or the first day of Religious Education class.
